Join us to explore a few meditation skills each week so you can find what works best for you. Emphasis will be on finding your meditation groove so you can establish a sustainable, life-affirming practice that both aligns with your goals and makes you feel good. Drop in once or join us weekly to check-in about skills you “try on” between sessions. Use this time as a relaxing break and/or weekly accountability for your budding daily meditation practice.
Maria is our GLC Koru teacher, a recent YSPH grad, and a seasoned mindfulness practitioner and instructor with students across Ivy plus campuses. Students from past EI courses, wellness workshops, and Koru classes are welcome and encouraged to come re-nourish your groove at the GLC!
