In this mindfulness workshop, you will have to opportunity to learn how to use your own innate resources to become more present, aware, and resilient in your daily life. You will learn two techniques that, with practice, will help you relate differently to your stress and anxiety, boost your focus and productivity, and become less emotionally reactive. By learning how to watch your breath, pay attention to your body, and observe your thoughts, you can settle your busy mind, and connect with your deeper self.
