How will you thrive in 2019? Join resident GLC instructor Maria Sperduto as you set an intention to make or break a habit this February.
In a process based on principles of behavior change, you will set your intention along with plans for navigating obstacles in a productive, self-compassionate way. We will check-in on the seven Roots of Wellbeing (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, environmental, spiritual, and financial) then peruse lists of ways to take care of those roots, before you reflect on your aim for February and set your intention. We'll provide support to help you follow through! We will also invite you to a follow up on February 28th, 8-9:30 to check-in and set March intentions. Come alone or bring a friend!
