How will you thrive in 2019? Join resident GLC instructor Maria Sperduto as you set an intention to make or break a habit this May. Those who joined the February, March, & April intention settings are welcome to return for this follow up, but it’s not a requirement.
In a process based on principles of behavior change, you will set your intention along with plans for navigating obstacles in a productive, self-compassionate way. We will check-in on the seven Roots of Wellbeing (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, environmental, spiritual, and financial) then peruse lists of ways to take care of those roots, before you reflect on your aim for April and set your intention. We'll provide support to help you follow through! Come alone or bring a friend!
