Mindfulness meditation is an ancient practice of seeing things as they really are in the present moment. This practice is a joyful antidote to our stressful daily lives. This class gives an introduction to the practice led by an experienced practitioner. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Cushions will be provided. Tea provided, but please BYOMug.
The class will meet Monday evenings 7-8pm in the GLC Lounge on the following dates:
