In Koru, you will explore new mindfulness skills each week to find what works best for you. Koru is designed to help you build the habit of meditation in daily life, and it works! In randomized control trials, Koru is found to reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost self-compassion in participants through just 10 minutes of daily practice.
