In this workshop, led by Lecturer in English Alison Coleman, learn how to use short writing exercises to decompress, reconnect, and find fulfillment and contentment in the everyday. No writing experience or expertise required—bring a journal or notebook if you have one, but writing supplies will be available if you don’t.
