Each week, graduate students and from the Yale Psychology Department Clinic at Yale will be hosting a completely free mental health education series. This series is the first in our new line of Good Life Center programming. The series is designed to help you to find more resilience when times get tough, and to reduce anxiety. The series will also focus on helping you to create better habits, such as improving sleep, finding ways to strengthen your relationships, and breaking patterns of avoidance.
Each week will focus on a new topic, with the full list for the fall semester listed in the attached poster. The classes are free and open to anyone at Yale, so spread the word!
