Weekly Mindfulness Meditation w/ Molly Crockett

Mindfulness meditation is an ancient practice of seeing things as they really are in the present moment. This practice is a joyful antidote to our stressful daily lives. This course gives an introduction to the practice led by an experienced practitioner. No prior meditation experience is necessary. If there are space constraints, priority will be given to students who are able to attend a minimum of 8 sessions. Cushions and tea will be provided.
