Interested in learning mindfulness or reinforcing your existing practice? Join this evidence-based course taught by GLC Director Tracy George. You’ll be supported in managing stress, improving sleep, strengthening focus, and simply being kinder to yourself. Class meets once weekly for 75-minute sessions over four weeks, and asks only 10 minutes of practice per day. Required text and app will be provided at no charge. Enrollment is capped at 16.
